1- Check if your driver is installed or not
– To check if the computer has installed the wifi driver, do the following: Right-click This PC (win 8) or Computer (win 7) off the screen and select Manage

WAY 1:

To see the IP address of a website, you can go to Start/Command Prompt, type the command Ping that website, and its IP address will show up below.
If that still doesn’t work, you should use a third-party DNS server. You can try using Google’s DNS, which is quite popular today, 8.8.8.8 – 8.8.4.4, you can use DNS Changer software to change it instead of going to TCP/IP. Changing DNS also helps you to access blocked websites.
9- Wifi with exclamation point Limited Access

First way is that you Reset the limited wifi by left-clicking it >> Reset.
